Report a lost or stolen checkbook- Come into one of our branches or call our Customer Service Center at 866-851-3000 or 803-641-3000 immediately. If discovered during non-business hours, your account will be protected by contacting us the next business day.

Report a lost or stolen Visa Check Card or ATM Card- Come into one of our branches or call our Customer Service Center at 866-851-3000 or 803-641-3000 immediately. If discovered during non-business hours, your account will be protected by calling 866-546-8273 to have your card blocked. Contact Security Federal Bank immediately to reorder your card.

Report a lost or stolen Visa Credit Card- Call the Visa Customer Service Center at 800-325-3678 immediately.

*Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the bank within 24 hours.
