Job Description We are excited about expanding our branch network in the Midlands area, opening a new branch in Ballentine in December 2015. This branch will introduce a new retail prototype, new service delivery methods and a new staffing model. In this new model, “banking pods” will replace the traditional teller line. Customers are met by a Branch Manager or Retail Service Associate and taken to a stand-up workstation where they will complete their transaction. The Retail Service Associates will be responsible for running regular transactions, opening accounts and lending.

Qualifications / Responsibilities This position is responsible for providing customer service in the Bank’s Branches. Duties also include supervising assigned staff and making decisions. The position is also involved with approving consumer loans. Assist Branch Manager in all phases of branch operations and assumes responsibility for the branch in the branch managers absence. Has direct responsibility for supervision of the CSR and teller line. Requirement: Obtain P&C/Homeowner’s insurance license.
