WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I WANT TO:
- Bank on the weekends or in the evenings?
In South Carolina you can visit our South Side Branch located in Aiken (in front of Target) or our Lexington Branch (in front of Kohl's). In Georgia, visit our Evans Branch (behind Fairway Ford). These branches are open 7 days a week with the following extended hours:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 9 am until 6 pm
Thursday and Friday - 9 am until 7 pm
Saturday - 9 am until 4 pm
Sunday - 1:30 pm until 4 pm
The drive thru opens at 8:30 am Monday through Saturday and at 1:30 pm on Sunday.
The drive thru at our Wagener Branch is open Saturday from 8:30 am until 12 pm.
- Report a lost or stolen checkbook?
Come into one of our branches or call our Customer Service Center at 1-866-851-3000. If you are trying to contact us during non-business hours, your account will be protected by contacting us the next business day.
- Report a lost or stolen Visa Check Card or ATM Card?
Come into one of our branches or call our Customer Service Center at 1-866-851-3000. If you are trying to contact us during non-business hours, your account will be protected by calling 1-866-546-8273 to have your card cancelled or by contacting us the next business day.
- Report a lost or stolen Visa Credit Card?
Call the Visa Customer Service Center at 1-800-234-6211 immediately.
- Order Checks?
1. Mail your check reorder form to us at PO Box 810, Aiken, SC 29802.
2. Drop-off your reorder form at any of our branch locations.
3. Call our Customer Service Center at 1-866-851-3000.
4. Click on the link to reorder directly from Harland Clarke.
- Obtain a copy of my statement?
Call our Customer Service Center at 1-866-851-3000. If the statement date is within 60 days, it is available through Netteller, our online banking service. To apply for online banking, click here.
- Obtain account information after hours?
Call our Bank-by-Phone service at 1-800-781-3001. If you are enrolled in Netteller, our online banking service, you can access and print your information for the past 60 days.
- Access Netteller, our online banking service?
Click on Apply for Online Banking and complete the steps to submit your information. You must use the same email address that is already associated with your account.
Unlock my Netteller ID?
Call our Customer Service Center at 1-866-851-3000 during regular business hours, or if you have previously filled out the Personal Settings information in the Options tab inside Netteller, please click here to enter your online banking ID and then choose reset password.
- Use Mobile Banking?
1. If you are not a Netteller customer, click here to sign up for free online banking.
2. Log in to online banking and complete the short form under Options/Mobile Settings.
3. Browse to m.securityfederalbank.com from your mobile device.
