Lost Cards or Checkbook

Report a lost or stolen checkbook- Come into one of our branches or call our Customer Service Center at 866.851.3000 or 803.641.3000 immediately. If discovered during non-business hours, your account will be protected by contacting us the next business day.

Report a lost or stolen Visa Check Card or ATM Card- Come into one of our branches or call our Customer Service Center at 866.851.3000 or 803.641.3000 immediately. If discovered during non-business hours, your account will be protected by calling 866.546.8273 to have your card blocked. Contact Security Federal Bank immediately to reorder your card. 

 

You can also login to our mobile app and go to Settings / Manage Card, or login to Netteller and got to Settings / ATM / Debit Card.


Report a lost or stolen Visa Credit Card- Call the Visa Customer Service Center at 800.325.3678 immediately.

 

Debit Card Fraud Center- If you have received a call from our Fraud Center, please call 800.417.4592 to verify card activity.

*Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the bank within 2 business days.
